Good hostel. Only stayed here one night as a art of my uncle Brien's waterfalls tour. Nice clean kitchen, good beds, however the lower bunk was very tiny, I probably wouldn't have fit in there. Nice staff, nice activities in the backyard. They arrange some cool tours too, for a price.
we did not stay here . Although we did partake in a beautiful night canoe on Lake Tinnaroo. Guided by a very informative down to earth bloke spotlightling the wild life along the way. great way to see the dam. very peaceful. Great night
I absolutely loved the whole experience of staying at On The Wallaby. The staff were very very friendly, going above service necessary. The whole place was spotless, from the room to the loos, gardens to the kitchen. Will be my only accommodation destination in Yungaburra from now on. Can't wait to get back again.Couldn't fault it even if I wanted to.
Wonderful, cosy and very inspiring place to stay and feel at home!!! Am very glad that I booked for a night, as it is definitely a great experience to meet the great people running this unique hostel and to explore all their achievements in turning this place into a very green and sustainable as well as very warm and welcoming lodge! I enjoyed as well a lot to discover beautiful Yungaburra and the Tablelands and just to relax and recharge in the garden. It's a place where everybody can find the right place to stay as it is definitely so much more than a hostel. Last but not least, I appreciated a lot the wonderful support and generous hospitality in every regard!
